At BetR, we are committed to creating a fair, transparent, and driver-friendly platform. To ensure smooth operations and clarity, we have established the following Cancellation & Refund Policy regarding driver subscriptions:

Applicability

• This policy is applicable only to drivers who subscribe to our platform by paying the prescribed subscription fee.
• Passengers or riders using the BetR platform to book taxis are not charged any subscription fees and therefore are not subject to this policy.

Subscription Fee

• Drivers are required to pay a subscription fee to gain access to the BetR platform and its services.
• The subscription fee is charged on a daily/weekly/monthly basis (depending on the plan chosen) and must be paid in full at the time of registration or renewal.

No Cancellation After Payment

• Once the subscription fee has been successfully paid, drivers will not be able to cancel the subscription for any reason.
• Payment of the subscription fee indicates acceptance of BetR's terms, conditions, and this cancellation policy.

No Refunds

• The subscription fee is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Refund requests due to change of mind, dissatisfaction, or any other personal reasons will not be entertained.
• Drivers are advised to carefully review all details before proceeding with the payment.

Exceptions

• Refunds or cancellations will be considered only in cases of duplicate transactions (if proven) or other technical errors attributable to BetR's payment system.
• In such cases, drivers must raise a written request within 7 working days of the transaction by contacting our support team.

Acknowledgment

• By making the payment for the subscription fee, drivers acknowledge and agree that:
• - They have fully read, understood, and accepted this policy.
• - They will not dispute or challenge the no-cancellation and no-refund clause after payment.

This policy ensures that the operations of BetR remain smooth and transparent while protecting both the platform and its drivers from unnecessary disputes.
