The terms “you” and “your” refer to a Driver, a Customer, a Vendor Partner, or any other user of the BetR Platform and/or availing the Services (defined below).

The term “Services” refers to any transportation, rental, logistics, or other services offered by BetR in accordance with the terms and conditions applicable to you (and available on the BetR Platform) whether on the BetR Platform or otherwise.

Capital terms not defined herein have the meaning assigned to them in the terms and conditions applicable to the users of the BetR Platform.

Please read this Policy before using the BetR Platform or submitting any Information to BetR. This Policy is a part of and incorporated within, and is to be read along with, the terms and conditions applicable to the users of the BetR Platform.

USER ACCEPTANCE

By accessing or using the BetR Platform or the Services, you agree and consent to this Policy, along with any amendments made by the Company at its sole discretion and posted on the BetR Platform from time to time.

Any collection, processing, retrieval, transfer, use, storage, disclosure and protection of your Information will be in accordance with this Policy and applicable laws including but not limited to the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the rules framed thereunder (“Applicable Laws”). If you do not agree with the Policy, please do not use or access the BetR Platform.

DEFINITIONS

• “Drivers” means independent third-party vehicle operators who wish to offer ride, rental, or logistics services on the BetR Platform to a user/Customer.
• “Customers” shall mean persons who wish to avail services of the Drivers or Vendor Partners on the BetR Platform.
• “Vendor Partner” shall mean third-party providers offering taxi, car rental, truck rental, or logistics services on the BetR Platform.
• “Device” shall mean computer, mobile, or other device used to access the Services.
• “Device Identifier” shall mean IP address or other unique identifier of the Device.
• “Personal Information” shall mean such categories of information that could reasonably be used to identify you personally, including your name, e-mail address, and mobile number.
• “Usage Information” shall mean data related to how you use the BetR Platform, including pages visited, features accessed, duration of sessions, and other behavioral data.
• “TPSP” shall mean a third-party service provider.

WHAT INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?

We collect the following types of information:

• Information You Provide to Us - account information, verification documents, preferences, background checks, customer support records, ratings and reviews.
• Information Collected Automatically - transaction information, location data, device information, cookies, communication data.

• Enable access and use of the BetR Platform.
• Verify identity and eligibility to provide services.

• Connect Drivers and Customers.

• Drivers/Customers/Vendor Partners for bookings.

• Affiliates & Business Transfers in case of restructuring.
• Co-Branded Services & Promotions with your consent.

SECURITY

We use industry-standard measures including SSL encryption, firewalls, and restricted access to protect your Information. However, no system is completely secure. You share Information with us at your own risk.

DATA RETENTION

We retain your Information as long as your account is active and as required by law. Even after deactivation, certain Information (e.g., transaction history, geo-location data) may be retained for up to 180 days for dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and compliance.

YOUR RIGHTS

You may:

• Access and update your data.
• Request deletion of your Information.
• Withdraw consent for data processing.
• Manage cookies and notification preferences.

CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

BetR does not knowingly collect data from individuals below 18 years of age. Services are available only to those legally permitted to enter into a binding contract.

CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the BetR Platform. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Services after updates implies acceptance.
