Eligibility

• Our services are open to all users without age restrictions.
• However, if the user is a minor, the parent/guardian is deemed responsible for their safety, supervision, and compliance with these Terms.
• BetR is not liable for any misuse of the service by underage users without proper supervision.

Services

• BetR provides an online platform for booking taxis, logistics, and other on-demand transportation services.
• We act only as a facilitator between drivers/partners and customers/riders.
• BetR does not own, operate, or control the vehicles. The responsibility of the ride/service lies solely with the driver/partner.

User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information while registering or booking.
• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
• Do not misuse or attempt to hack, disrupt, or abuse the Platform.
• If booking for a minor, the guardian must ensure the ride is safe and appropriate.

Driver/Partner Responsibilities

• Drivers must hold a valid driving license, vehicle permits, and insurance as required by law.
• Drivers must ensure passenger safety and follow all traffic rules.
• Any misconduct, overcharging, or illegal activity will result in suspension or termination from the Platform.

Booking & Payments

• Fares are displayed before confirming the booking.
• Payments can be made through cash, digital wallets, or other supported payment methods.
• BetR may introduce subscription or service charges for drivers after the free trial period.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Customers may cancel bookings as per the cancellation policy shown at the time of booking.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as per BetR’s refund guidelines.
• BetR reserves the right to charge cancellation fees to prevent misuse.

Liability Disclaimer

• BetR is not responsible for:
• - Delays, accidents, damages, or losses during rides or deliveries.
• - Behavior, actions, or negligence of drivers, riders, or third parties.
• Our role is limited to connecting users with service providers.

Data & Privacy

• Your personal data is collected and used as per our Privacy Policy.
• BetR may share limited information with drivers/partners to fulfill the service.

Intellectual Property

• All logos, designs, trademarks, and content on the Platform are owned by BetR and cannot be used without prior written consent.

Termination

• BetR may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms.
• You may discontinue use of the Platform at any time.

Amendments

• BetR reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
• Updated Terms will be posted on the website and app. Continued use of our services implies acceptance.

Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed under the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
